Audits start within 5 working days of a signed scope. Turnkey projects start with a two-week mobilisation: site survey, programme and trade packages.

Concrete frames to ±10 mm on line and level, steel to ±5 mm at connections. Tighter tolerances are written into the spec when the design needs them.
Laser-scan surveys at each major stage, compared against the BIM model. Anything outside tolerance goes on a red-line sheet and is fixed before the next stage.
Yes. Heritage audits include material sampling and a load-path model of the existing structure. The calculator adds 35% for this extra work.
